“My mum arranged a Myfika session with Natasha as a surprise for my 30th. We were greeted with a lovely brunch, tasty coffee and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Art and crafts is not my go to activity, with me finding it more stressful than relaxing. However, the session Natasha gave was the total opposite of stressful. We were given direction on what to do, and help when we looked like we needed it but otherwise we were given complete freedom on what to do.

In the session the main thing I thought, was what tool or colour to use next.

If you need some time to switch off, then this is a session I completely recommend.

My next stop? To the shop to pick up some acrylic paint (I never thought I’d say that!)
